I had this team at my home to do a complete gas from oil
The team and the staff was excellent very helpful and tidy in their work, they did all the work and also advised me on what to use as a boiler and any extra items to save and to help us they done the registering as well for us after sales and service was excellent nothing was a problem and any questions I had they made us so at ease and no pressure on taking anything that they advise only all was to help the customer brilliant team and hard to find people like this team graham Wallace heating 10/10 and highly recommend them for any work and service

The team did an amazing job.
Replacing a back boiler system from the fireplace and moving the boiler to the kitchen. No idea how they did it, seemed like the house was taken apart and put back together with jigsaw precision in 16 hrs.

Graham and his team installed our gas heating system at the beginning of January. We found him and his great team to be very knowledgeable and answering our emany questions was never a problem, they were friendly and patient and explained the process in detail. Graham was quick getting back to us when we had questions. The process was completed quickly and they were clean and tidy. Didn’t dig the arm in when it came to pricing. I would highly recommend Graham and his team.

Graham and his team were brilliant from start to finish. Graham initially called out and went through everything with me. His team turned up on the agreed date and on time. They were professional and courteous. Everything was very well organised from installation to tidying up. I would highly recommend Graham and his team.

From start to finish the process was flawless. Graham came to the property and gave a list of options and the various pricing depending on the location of the boiler and the pipework required, thermostat options. Phoenix then arrived 1 or 2 days later to organise network connection. From initial survey to full installation was approx 8 weeks. Graham offers 0% finance up to £3000 which means can pay it off over 3 years or can end it earlier. There are no hidden costs, everything is laid out as. The price you see is the price you pay! Graham has a great team, you won't be disappointed

Graham and team were highly professional when getting boiler replaced. The guys were skilled, neat and very courteous. Everything from installation to tidying up was organised like clockwork. Really pleased with completed job. Would highly recommend.
